Walker was a born in the year 1976 in Philadelphia Pennsylvania, United States of America. Walker is an American citizen with African descent. She is the daughter of Harvey Welker a Native American father and Julie Welker an African-American mother. Her mother is an agent in real estate while her father works as engineer. Walker received her schooling through Germantown Friends School in Philadelphia's Germantown region, where she was able to graduate in 1994. She attended Harvard College, where she received a Bachelors in Arts degree. Welker is married for over 20 years to John Hughes who is a prominent marketing director for Merck Philadelphia. They are parents to two kids. In 2014, they started having an affair. John her husband, is 4 years younger than her. Due to their relationship being so prosperous, they chose to take the next step. In the month of March, 2017, the couple got married. Philadelphia Pennsylvania hosted their wedding. The venue was the Hyatt The Hyatt, they had a huge wedding.
