Paula Patton is an actress and producer well-known for her roles as a lead actress in the action-spy film Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol and the drama film Precious. Growing up living in Los Angeles with a middle-class mother, the actress had plenty of goals. Her mother was a film enthusiast and was a constant source of encouragement to her love for movies as a young person. Paula was a participant in co-curricular classes at her school, and was a drama enthusiast. She enjoyed being in stage shows together with her fellow students. She performed in numerous high school plays at Hamilton Magnet Arts High School and decided to pursue acting as a profession. She went to the University of Southern California for a Summer Program and loved it. The program offered her a three-month contract to produce documentaries on PBS. Once she had completed the task with success, she began being an assistant in the production of TV documentaries. Following the completion of her project then she began putting together documentary films. However, she had always wanted to be an actor, although she was content with her current position. in the film romantic comedy Hitch she played a tiny role alongside Will Smith. Since then, she's played in many well-known television and film shows.
